What is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique that reduces stress in the physical and emotional body to promote relaxation and self-healing.

The "ki" to Ultimate Relaxation and Healing
The word Reiki translates to "spiritually guided life energy."
All around us, ki is flowing. This life energy is influenced by our positive and negative thoughts. Negative thoughts create energy imbalances within and around us. When our energy centers (Chakras) are not balanced, our bodies can show signs of being unwell. When we open these centers and promote the free flow of ki in and around us, we experience the powerful benefits.

Reiki has been proven beneficial for...

What You Should Expect at Your Session:
First, we will discuss any of your emotional and physical concerns and scan your chakras (energy centers) for imbalances. Then you will be guided to relax while I allow my hands to guide healing in your aura (the unseen energy field that surrounds all living things) and on certain parts of the body where hands-on healing is appropriate (head, neck, shoulders, stomach, back, hips, arms/hands, legs/feet). I suggest journaling about your experience after a session, but this is completely up to each individual. There will be time to talk through anything you've experienced throughout your treatment as well.
You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed having opened yourself to positive energy.
This is a title.
How to Prepare for Your Session:
Simply be your authentic self and dress in your most comfortable attire.
There are benefits to eliminating caffeine and eating a mostly plant-based diet a few days prior to your session, but these are not requirements!
